Been awhile since we've done one of these. Plenty of time to watch shows and movies this week. Any plans to go to the movies with the fam? Any particular traditions you enjoy watching together during the holiday?
And what else have you been watching?
Runner daughter and I have been watching The Penguin; after 5 episodes, we're curious how it's going to work out.
What We Do in the Shadows final season continues to fill the bill, although a resent episode was a bit too realistic for my taste...
I've been re-watching the series before I get to the final season. Best comedy of the last decade, at least.
Oh, also, Mrs Runner ordered a bunch of Christmas gifts for a charity, and while she was at it she signed up for free Amazon Prime trial, so I imagine I'll be hitting their offerings during the holiday weekend.
Our only watching/listening tradition this week is to listed to Alice's Restaurant Massacre. Back in the day KQRS played it on Thanksgiving morning and we have carried on the tradition.
I watched the first season of Silo and enjoyed it. The second season premiered two weeks ago but I'm going to wait until this season is nearly over to resubscribe to Apple TV+ because its final episode airs the same day Severance returns.
Looking forward to seeing the second season of Severance. I'm worried it's going to be a show that poses more questions than it satisfactorily answers.
