Congrats to the Twins on winning ten in a row, but I gotta admit, it feels a little hollow given the competition. I mean, I'll certainly take it, but let see how well the next few series go.

So, The Far Side daily calendar I got turned out to be a dud with the fam. Wasn't a huge surprise. But since all 2024 calendars are dirt cheap now, I quietly swapped it out with a Pants daily calendar. Curious how long it will take for anyone to notice (if at all).

In the spirit of May Day, I'm taking a half day to go watch the Twins game.

I assumed that we would end up with the Nuggets, but I was hoping the Lakers could have drawn at least one more game out of them.

Great game. That's the first time a Minnesota team has swept a best-of-seven series. Like, all the teams, ever. Love this team. Stopping myself from posting five great plays from last night.

Apparently the Vikes picked up the "best kicker in the draft". That's probably not going to end well for that young man.

If I'm in an establishment and the Minnesota team is playing a local foe, I get a kick out of, for example, wearing a Twins hat and asking, "Hey, could you turn on the White Sox game?"
