Somebody choreographed a tap number to Tusk. That one was fun, too. I feel dumb not recognizing music from icons, then just let it go and add to the Spotify playlist.

The Highwomen – Highwomen
The seniors at the kids' studio had a great number to this one (below). Wife and I agreed, in person it was such a moving song and dance combination. Which is the point, I gather.
Earth, Wind & Fire – Boogie Wonderland
The boy had a great number to Boogie Wonderland. Sometimes they're just so much fun to watch. I was hoping I had a good link to that one to share, but I'm not posting videos that aren't already on YouTube somewhere.
ELECTRIC LIGHT ORCHESTRA – MR. BLUE SKY
Let's have some fun this week, shall we? I'm coming off of a week of PTO spent at the kids' big dance shindig in Chicago, so I'm playing songs that get us grooving and moving, or feeling, or are just plain fun. I have a couple links to dances done by the kids' studio so I'll add some of those just to show the fun and phenomenal stuff they can do. Helping the little one practice at home, we always needed some warmup music. Mr. Blue Sky is a go-to for grooving in the basement. Enjoy!
Pete Seeger and Bruce Springsteen – This Land is Your Land
Happy Independence Day to the Nation.
George Michael – Kissing a Fool
A little background music for the ultra lounge tonight.
Steve Vai – Tender Surrender
In 1986 I went to see Crossroads and got introduced to Steve Vai as the devil's guitar player, so time and money well spent.
St. Paul and the Broken Bones – Broken Bones and Pocket Change
We saw these guys at the zoo a few years back. This was the showstopper.
Fall Out Boy – Sugar, We’re Goin Down
Fifteen years ago I took Elder Daughter to her first concert to see these guys. I remember thinking they could rock pretty good for an emo band.
The Marcus King Band – Homesick
Muscle Shoals is the gift that keeps on giving.
