my friend's band came into town over the weekend (and i'd play them if they had a decent-ish video available). traveling with them was black diet (formerly JT and the sloppy seconds), who put on an amazing set. they're playing all over the cities, and i HIGHLY recommend checking out a show if you get a chance.

I stumbled onto Delta Spirit earlier last year via spotify (before the book of faces ruined it), and was really taken with their album Ode to Sunshine. The rest? Not so much. But I do like this track.
