        1. I tried using the URL only on the first post, and it didn't seem to work, so I tried again with a different option. I consider my second try at least 87% successful.

  23. i don't know if this is an NBA or phoenix thing, but there's a certain lick they play on the organ that's the exact same two chords from the boss levels from one of the mario games, or something very close to it, that really effs with me every time i hear it. anyone? just me?

    1. I guess I have paid that close attention to that. I do know at Target Center, when a Wolves player drains a free throw, they play the coin grab sound effect from Mario

  52. You can tell Bassy was fouled there because otherwise that would have missed the basket by 4 feet.

  55. Watching Barea & Ridnour "run" the offense by just dribbling the ball around for 15 seconds and jacking up a shot sure is frustrating.

  62. The whole concept of the free throw baffles me. Somebody can hack you on an easy lay-up, and instead of being able to reshoot from there, you have to go back fifteen feet and shoot. I think wherever you get fouled, that's where you get the free shot.

      Basketball should have running time. You still get free throws, but the clock ticks while you take them.

        1. The plan wasn't to be in Phoenix this long, but unfortunately had to. What was supposed to be a simple hospital visit turned into a funeral, plus another death that isn't going to have a funeral.
