    1. I've kept playing Wordle, but I usually play on my phone, whereas I almost never come to this site on my phone (usually a browser), so it's become too much hassle to post results here. Instead, I just post on a text chain with some friends.

    2. I'm surprised how long people have continued. A few have dropped off but it's been otherwise consistent.

    3. This was my thought too. I figured I might occassionally post notable results, but those are rare.

    4. My significant other and I pretty much do it every day, but only share it with each other to compare which ways we diverged.

      1. There have been several close ones for "stare". On September 11 of last year, the answer was "start". Later that year on November 28, the answer was "store". Two this year were close: "scare" on April 8 and "stale" on November 6.

      1. It's a nearly guaranteed consequence of the current system with rookie contracts and arbitration. Teams that want to spend are going to use the money somewhere and there are very few free agents worth spending on by the time they reach free agency.

        1. He won't be a star or anything, but he should be an upgrade over what they have. And I certainly can't object to having a Christian on the team.

      1. I am unsure if starting pitching will be moved upon. Not really crazy about the numbers and years being tossed around on the few quality starters that could make an impact on our squad. Maybe a trade might be possible, but not holding my breath. I am hoping they pick up a quality arm or two for the bullpen. For me, I am eager to see a move at shortstop and possibly another right handed bat for the outfield, even if it is a platoon guy.
