Estrellas defeated Licey 2-0 yesterday. Both runs came in the seventh inning on a sacrifice bunt. Licey made two errors on the play. Miguel Sano was 1-for-2. Lewin Diaz was 0-for-3. Austin Davis struck out seven in 5.1 scoreless innings, giving up two hits and two walks. The win went to Jose Jose, who retired the only man he faced. Ronel Blanco struck out two in a perfect inning to get the save.
Estrellas remains in first place with a record of 7-1, taking a two-game lead over Licey in the round robin playoff.
With 116 ballots public, Mauer is holding steady at 82.1% of the total. He's at the same percentage as Helton so I'm curious what their final totals will be.
No love for Omar Vizquel. His voting peaked at just over 50 pct in 2020 and has been declining since.
TBF, I think he's a Hall of Very Good guy. But still. 9th all-time in dWAR.

I can get a much cheaper summer flight to Iceland right now than for our spring break trip to the Destin, FL, area. I suppose this is sort of a complaint, but also now we're thinking about a summer trip to Iceland!
From what I understand, Greenland is full of ice and Iceland is very nice.
Iceland is high on my family's dream vacation plans. We've discussed aiming for Winter instead, to maximize dark hours to try to see the aurora.
We're spoiled here because IcelandAir does direct from MSP to Reykjavik and sometimes the deals are absolutely nuts
Yeah, I'd love to visit someday, hopefully before it all melts.
I was beer-chatting with my neighbor a couple days ago. He's from near Liverpool (Everton For EEEEEVER!).
Anywho, he told me about taking his mum to Iceland and how absolutely gob-smacking the light show was.
We're going in June! I'm quite excited.

I tripped on a rock while walking the dogs on Thursday, turned my ankle, and landed full force on it with my foot sideways. X-rays show no breaks, which the doctor was surprised by, considering the ridiculous level of swelling that started right away. So, "just" a grade 2-3 sprain. Even two days out with icing and elevating, it still looks terrible, and has left me laid up and on crutches. Ugh.

Im in the market for a good, powerful indoor antenna. Doing a Google search is overwhelming trying to find a good website to guide me through reviews. Any suggestions on a good tech site to use?

After my wife ran the Berlin marathon in '18 (where Kipchoge hit 2:01:39) - I only did the 4mi Charlottenberg - they gave out Berliner donuts like those pictured above. I heard it was the practice to fill a random donut with mustard instead. Germans and their practical jokes!!
