The Poissonnière opened her season 1-3, K, 2 RBI in a windy, 30°F morning game. A friend who I coached with last season told me she’s one of two girls playing with the boys this season, and that he got aced out of getting her with his second round pick. She’s on a team coached by a family friend with his son and two boys from her preschool that she hasn’t seen since March 2019.
