When I was a kid I was withdrawn and quiet (yeah, me neither) but my daughters have several best friends just one week into their time at a new school, and are both already involved in extra-curriculars. Not sure why I was an introvert for so long.

The downside of spraying for cockroaches is that the first thing that happens is cockroaches coming out from every possible hiding place. Found five yesterday morning. Ugh.

This is boring, but I have a weekend starting today. I know I always mention them, but hell, work is so slow this time of year I don't have the patience to be there.

My two best friends at work have returned from long absences. I can't believe how much I needed them around.

Our debt went under another thousand-dollar milestone yesterday. I can't wait until it's gone.

My daughters are three days from school starting again. They switched schools so it came up quicker than it would have otherwise, but still, wow.

I think my dates in Minnesota will be Sunday, August 30th to the next Sunday (with the last weekend set aside for my brother's wedding). I hope to catch a game at the Bullseye with some of you early in the week. What nights are good?

I have to head up to Paradise Valley (a jaunt from here) at 6am today on my day off basically to babysit other people from my store at a training. It doesn't pay to be a high-end salesman all the time.
