Due to a series of meetings I have this week, I don't have to be in my store for a full seven days. I'll be "working," but elsewhere. That's about as close as I can get to a real break.

They have this thing called "Glendale Glitter" out here - hayride, lights, living Nativity, that kind of thing. The Milkmaid, Milklings and I did it last night, but man, is it tough to feel Christmassy when you barely need a hoodie.

Again, it looks like the Twins are going with "We have another person at this position, so we'll trade the other one for whatever." Seriously, how do you make this trade and not know you're probably getting fleeced?

I think it's because I forgot it was a game night and didn't watch.

I've been mostly tired ever since my Black Friday shift. It's annoying.

The Milkmaid and Milklings came home from MN last night. My wife got a call very shortly after letting her know that the one person she sees at work every day (their offices connect) dropped dead at work yesterday after an aneurysm. Hug 'em if ya got 'em, folks.

Today, my wife and daughters get back from a four-day trip to Minnesota. It's a little embarrassing how lost I feel without them.
