Game summary:  Magallanes scored four runs in the sixth to take a 6-3 lead.

Magallanes:  Ronny Cedeno was 2-for-4.  Jose Martinez (Houston) hit a home run and drove in two.

Aragua:  Mario Lisson (Kansas City) was 3-for-5 with a double, scoring twice and driving in two.  Darwin Perez (Angels) was 2-for-4 with a walk, scoring once and driving in two.

Game summary:  A four-run rally in the tenth gave La Guaira the victory.

La Guaira:  Ehire Adrianza (San Francisco) was 2-for-4 with a triple, scoring once and driving in one.  Enrique Gonzalez struck out three in two perfect innings.

Caracas:  Darren Ford (Pittsburgh) was 2-for-5 and scored once.  Carlos Rivero (Washington) was 1-for-4 with a double and a walk and scored twice.
