WGOM Fitness: November 9, 2012, Sleep

I again made up for some lost sleep last night, soundly sleeping for more than eight hours. Given the amount of work that I have to do yet in 2013, I will not be working out when I am in ND, or at most I will work out one or two times. Oy vey, things are piled up.

The scale here in ND is something, so I don't really worry about it. I try to stand on it in the same spot every day, but that doesn't seem to matter. My weight doesn't fluctuate up when I am home, but it does here. Measurement error!
