ROCHESTER

Batter:  Danny Ortiz was 6-for-20 with five doubles, two walks, and a stolen base.  For the season he is hitting .274/.326/.494 in 168 at-bats.

Pitcher:  Tommy Milone made one start, pitching seven innings.  He gave up two runs on five hits and a walk with six strikeouts.  For the season, he is 4-0, 0.70, 0.72 WHIP with 3 walks and 47 strikeouts in 38.2 innings (5 starts).

CHATTANOOGA

Batter:  Jorge Polanco was 8-for-19 with a double and a stolen base.  For the season he is hitting .323/.355/.435 and is 10-for-14 in stolen bases in 186 at-bats.

Pitching stars:  Jose Berrios made one start, pitching 7.1 innings.  He gave up two runs on nine hits and no walks with seven strikeouts.  For the season, he is 6-2, 2.84, 1.17 WHIP with 17 walks and 70 strikeouts in 63.1 innings (10 starts).

FORT MYERS

Batter:  Bryan Haar was 6-for-17 with a double, a home run, four walks, and a stolen base.  For the season he is hitting .266/.329/.367 in 128 at-bats.

Pitcher:  Mat Batts made one start, pitching seven innings.  He gave up one run on six hits and one walk with three strikeouts.  Those are also his season numbers in Fort Myers.  In Cedar Rapids, he was 3-2, 2.21, 1.03 WHIP with 11 walks and 44 strikeouts in 40.2 innings (7 starts).

CEDAR RAPIDS

Batter:  Brett Doe was 10-for-21 with three doubles and a walk.  For the season he is hitting .323/.370/.508 in 65 at-bats.

Pitcher:  Michael Theofanopoulos made three appearances, pitching 8.2 innings.  He gave up one run on six hits and four walks with nine strikeouts.  For the season, he is 1-1, 1.63, 1.27 WHIP with 13 walks and 26 strikeouts in 27.2 innings (14 games).

The DSL Twins have played only one game, and didn't even get to finish that one.  We'll start naming their players of the week next week.
