Where They Stand: Through Games of August 7

Rochester is 65-51, a fine season, but they remain second in the wild card, 5.5 games behind Lehigh Valley.

Chattanooga is 58-55 overall, 22-21 in the second half.  The Lookouts are two games behind Montgomery for the last playoff spot.

Fort Myers is 56-56 overall, 22-21 in the second half.  They are fourth in the Florida State League South, but only 2.5 games behind first-place St. Lucie.

Cedar Rapids is 60-52 overall, 24-19 in the second half.  They are currently in a playoff spot, but lead Burlington and Quad Cities by only one game.

Elizabethton is 21-21.  They trail Greeneville by two games for the last wild card spot.

The GCL Twins are 19-18, third in the GCL South.  They trail the GCL Red Sox by 2.5 games.

The DSL Twins are 27-26, fifth in the DSL South, eight games behind the DSL Mariners1.

So, still only one team in playoff position (and just barely), but only one really out of it, although the Red Wings are going to have to get hot pretty soon to stay in it.
