4. This is exactly the type of inning I like to see. Deep counts, hard hit balls, and crooked numbers.

    Me: I’ll bet that Gardy’s freaking out about having to play his backup catcher in the field.

11. Gotta say, the bullpen might have its holes, but the stoppers seem pretty good.

12. A one-run win -- this is not our last year's team.

13. We won’t remember this game in September, but this is the kind of game they need to win, over & over, to play baseball after September.
