Get rid of the chest stripes and they might be tolerable
The sweaters in general are a good replication of how hockey sweaters used to look back in the day. Most of the retro sweaters in hockey don't really appeal to the masses. I actually like these.
I don't hate the sweaters (though I agree on removing the chest stripe), but the "tool belt" thing they've got going on with the pants is atrocious.
This still doesn't quite do it for me, but it is better.
Old time sweaters are cool, but the shoulder color is such a jersey thing and not a sweater thing. It just feels like its trying to do too many things.
Rumor has it that we have power at our house. We’re going to make our way back to New Orleans tomorrow. Been a hell of a week.
Power has reached Metairie by EJ Hospital. That's good news for the the f-i-l's office because it means the contractors can at least use power tools to try to put a new roof on...

Hand update: I bought a new pair of gloves and my fingers no longer get numb during rides. I am also much more conscious of how much weight I'm putting on my hands an not locking my elbows so my ulnar nerve is improving and I'm starting to regain some of the lost movement in my ring and pinky fingers.
Bert never got in my water.
I guess good news with this series is the Twins at least are not helping the Yanks.
