STORM CHASERS 14, SAINTS 4 IN OMAHA

Omaha scored five in the second to take a 5-2 lead.  They also had four two-run innings.

Anthony Prato was 2-for-3 with a walk.
Austin Martin was 2-for-5 with a home run, his fifth.
Andrew Stevenson was 2-for-5 with a home run (his sixteenth) and a double.

Louie Varland pitched four innings, allowing seven runs (four earned) on six hits and three walks and striking out three.

TRAVELERS 5, WIND SURGE 0 IN ARKANSAS

Leading 2-0, Arkansas scored three runs in the eighth.

Tanner Schobel was 2-for-4.
Seth Gray was 2-for-4.

Travis Adams struck out five in 4.1 innings, giving up one run on four hits and two walks.
Curtis Taylor retired all five men he faced, striking out two.

CUBS 6, KERNELS 3 IN SOUTH BEND

South Bend scored two in the fourth to take a 2-1 lead and led the rest of the way.

Emmanuel Rodriguez was 2-for-4.
Misael Urbina hit a home run, his fourth.

Christian MacLeod pitched five innings, giving up three runs on six hits and a walk and striking out four.
Malik Barrington struck out four in two shutout innings, giving up two hits.

MIGHTY MUSSELS 7, TORTUGAS 1 IN FORT MYERS

Rubel Cespedes homered in a three-run first that gave Fort Myers all the runs they needed.

Luke Keaschall was 2-for-2 with a triple, a double, two walks, and three runs.
Cespedes was 2-for-3 with a home run (his eleventh) and four RBIs.
Ricardo Olivar was 2-for-3 with a double, three runs, and two RBIs.
Alec Sayre was 2-for-4.

Ben Ethridge pitched five innings, giving up one run on six hits and four walks and striking out three.
Sean Mooney struck out two and walked one in a scoreless inning.
Danny Moreno struck out two in two shutout innings, giving up a hit and a walk.
Zach Veen pitched a scoreless inning, giving up one hit and striking out one.

FCL TWINS 3, FCL ORIOLES 1 AT TWINS

The Twins scored all three of their runs in the fourth.

The Twins had just four hits and drew seven walks.

Eduardo Soriano pitched 5.2 scoreless innings, giving up four hits and a walk and striking out two.
Julio Bonilla pitched 2.1 innings, giving up one run on three hits and three walks and striking out two.
Jeferson Lopez pitched a perfect inning.

This ends the Florida Complex League season.  The FCL Twins finish with a record of 25-29, tied for fourth with the Rays in the FCL South, 6.5 games behind the Pirates.

DSL TWINS AT DSL ANGELS

Rained out.  This ends the Dominican Summer League season.  The DSL Twins finish with a record of 14-37, in eighth place in the DSL South, twenty-six games behind the Phillies White.
