12. Alcala has some interesting stats. Strikes out about one an inning, but walks one about every two innings. That's kind of reflected in the differential between his 1.72 ERA (236 ERA+) and his 2.82 FIP. And even with all the walks, his WHIP is only 1.053 and he has yet to give up a home run this year.
