1. I was thinking that at least they don't have to face Keuchel again but the 2016 version of him is a pale imitation of the 2015 version. Neshek has a higher rWAR. fWAR still likes him for 2.5 wins, although their rWAR "clone" also likes him more than BR at 1.4 wins.

    2. My understanding is 26th player is only eligible for the second game of a doubleheader, which is a stupid rule and will be probably be revisited after a game like this.

       1. mlb.com listed him as eligible, but it could be wrong. If that's the rule, i agree that it's stupid, but at least Molitor isn't to blame for it.

13. Kennys Vargas is the 4th player in Twins history to hit a home run from both sides of the plate in the same game. Anyone know the other 2? I'm guessing Chili did it. I think possibly Ryan Doumit and Roy Smalley.
