We were having issues with our ancient power box. Thankfully the electrician was able to get it going with a few simple switches. Having half of the outlets (and dishwasher) in your house out definitely helps you to appreciate it once they're back.

Our first real winter scare here in IL was... okay. Hopefully we've finally over taken Florida as far as total inches received goes.

I have my phone and tablet set to use random photos it's selected as wallpaper. It's a mix of pictures I've taken of family, various landmarks, etc. Somehow, Rick got a hold of my tablet and set the random wallpapers to only show photos of him. Clever kid...

I remember when I was a kid that they’d open up the Metrodome concourses for rollerblading in the winter. It was awesome flying through those concrete hallways.

But seriously, who ya got? I seem to be one of the few that isn't actively rooting against the Chiefs. I guess my dislike for the Eagles wins though, but I don't really care that much.
