I've kind of gained a bit of a belly - it's as simple as beer and late-night cravings - so I've been successfully avoiding both things for about a week. If anyone here has worked off a belly in the past, I'm all for words of encouragement and advice. I'm not out of control by any means; I'm 5'11" and about 185 or so, so I know others have struggled from a much higher point than I, but I just don't feel like myself some days.

October 27, 2016: Blowing Leads
The Wolves were up 16-1 at one point last night. Oh well...I'm still bullish on them. I'll be at the home opener next Tuesday if any other Citizens are making it.
October 25, 2016: World Series
Woooooooooooooooooooo
October 21, 2016: Twists
The plan was to be into our home in about April or May, and now due to a fortunate set of circumstances, it could be as early as December or January. I cannot wait to be putting my money towards...you know, something.
October 20, 2016: Take Three
This morning is (or was, for you late risers) my third attempt at getting a work certification done after an apartment fire got in the way of the first attempt and a scheduling snafu screwed up the second. By 10 in the morning I should be done with it, but as I drift off to sleep, I have serious difficulty seeing it happen.
October 19, 2016: Financial Panther
The Milkmaid and I are starting the process of meeting with a mortgage broker to work on pre-house-buying crap. I get bored easily, so I'm wondering if there's a way to fast-forward to owning the place.
Third Monday Movie Day
Lots of TV this month outside of the week I spent up at the cabin, where I watched nothing and loved it.
October 17, 2016: Nine Years?!
Sour Cream had another birthday last night. Lately I've spent countless hours remembering the Milklings as infants and toddlers, and find their current state almost impossible to believe.
Skim sorta has a boyfriend. She went to school with him in Phoenix and they just do Google Hangouts now and then. Kind of a harmless first boyfriend, I guess.
October 15, 2016: The New Low
October is always our company's slowest month, which I forget year after year until it returns. So my interminably slow job has gotten slower.
October 14, 2016: Championship Series
I hope I get at least a little time to watch this. Skim's not exactly killing it in school right now, so she's commanding a lot of focus.
