Another song I picked up this year watching dance routines. This one was a winner at the kids' nationals. These ladies are pretty amazing, especially as high-schoolers. The dance teacher who put this number together seems like something of a savant for choreography. All her stuff ends up doing really well and being fun to watch. Check out their performance, below. You can't hear me whooping among the crowd, but I was, believe me.

Somebody choreographed a tap number to Tusk. That one was fun, too. I feel dumb not recognizing music from icons, then just let it go and add to the Spotify playlist.

The seniors at the kids' studio had a great number to this one (below). Wife and I agreed, in person it was such a moving song and dance combination. Which is the point, I gather.

The boy had a great number to Boogie Wonderland. Sometimes they're just so much fun to watch. I was hoping I had a good link to that one to share, but I'm not posting videos that aren't already on YouTube somewhere.

Let's have some fun this week, shall we? I'm coming off of a week of PTO spent at the kids' big dance shindig in Chicago, so I'm playing songs that get us grooving and moving, or feeling, or are just plain fun. I have a couple links to dances done by the kids' studio so I'll add some of those just to show the fun and phenomenal stuff they can do. Helping the little one practice at home, we always needed some warmup music. Mr. Blue Sky is a go-to for grooving in the basement. Enjoy!

No return to winning streaks yet. Today the Twins face...Wil Crowe? Let’s start one.
Checking standings, it seems the only team batting worse than the Twins right now is somehow my fantasy baseball team. I’m not sure I could have drafted a worse start if I tried. Time to shake things up.
I looked back at the schedule. Want to guess when the Twins' slide started? I feel like my concerns went unheeded.
But other teams are surely vaccinating, right?
Between side effects and the COVID protocol shenanigans, (and Boston/A's) I'm hopeful we're just going to right the ship and go back to the early-April fun. Last night was a start.
