WGOM Fitness: September 27, 2012, In the Fatherland

I'm back on the road for the next seven days and I'm going west again tonight, so I'm in full travel mode (driving at least 275 miles in each of three days). I am going to bring workout clothes west and maybe I'll work out in the hotel tonight or tomorrow. I'm looking forward to a shrimp meal at Applebee's tonight, you guys. Bold flavors. WGOM Fitness: September 26, 2012 – Off The Horse

Stick is on the road and I am up to my ears in work, so I'm knocking this out over lunch. On the menu today is leftovers from last night's dinner. Mrs. Twayn continues to scour the series of tubes to come up with low-sodium and low-fat recipes that appeal to the tastebuds as much as they do to the waistline and coronary arteries.
