WGOM Fitness: October 1, 2012, September in Review
Generally, this was a very good month. I'm currently on day 6 of a trip to the Fatherland, and that stupid scale has kind of pissed me off, but even reading the scale at face value, I lost 12.7 pounds for the month. Continue reading WGOM Fitness: October 1, 2012, September in Review

Yesterday was another painting day and by the time I got done, I was so tired that going to the gym was out of the question. Continue reading WGOM Fitness: September 24, 2012, Recalibrate

I took another look at the grass yesterday afternoon and I decided it could wait for a while. I did go to the gym and did my cycling workout. Continue reading WGOM Fitness: September 21, 2012
