We're missing the actually good Minnesota sports team, right? So...here is something from the Wu-Tang member's seminal 1995 album Only Built 4 Cuban Linx... - get it??? (I know it's Sunday, but this is extremely Not Safe For Church, or Work.)
I'm a big lacrosse fan. Definitely not just a bandwagon follower. I hear the Swarm are going to have a great team this year!

There's always the St. Paul Saints, so this is for them. Sort of.
There are two National non-album tracks with the word "Saint" or "Saints" in them, but I couldn't find any good quality live videos of either of them. So here is one with the Spanish equivalent instead. And I made it 5 months before playing another National video, which is probably too long.
You're right, DK. There are plenty of other franchises to fall back on.
I suppose I forgot to do any season-ending tributes for the basketballers a couple weeks ago, so here's to them, too.
One of these days the Wild will make it past the 2nd round. One of these days...

I heard hockey season is over, so I guess we better pour one out for the squad till October or whenever.
From 1979. Punk could be arty too. This is one of my favorite performances. So raw, yet multi-layered. Ian Curtis has these dead eyes which foreshadows his plight. No one has ever matched his dancing at the mic.
From 1977 (I think). Not all punks were snot nosed. The Jam brought some style to the scene, but don't let the clothes fool you, they still brought anger and a driving guitars to their songs. Paul Weller was tough! Reportedly he beat up Sid Vicious cuz he thought the Sex Pistols copied his songs. I'm dropping another song in the comments.
