Aaron Hicks and James Beresford lead the Red Wings to victory. D. J. Baxendale's pitching a some late runs win it for the Lookouts. Mat Batts pitched well early but faltered late as the Kernels get shut out.
Minor Details: Games of April 28
Alex Meyer doesn't walk anybody, but it doesn't do him much good. Miguel Sano makes an unsuccessful return to the lineup. No clutch hitting for the Miracle. Cedar Rapids provides the only joy, winning a pitchers' duel in eleven innings.

Another strong performance by Pat Dean. Tyler Duffey pitched four strong innings, then was singled to death in the fifth. Not much offense for the Miracle. A good rehab start for Ricky Nolasco.
