    On the (not the) grill tonight: marinated tofu banh mi. I have veggies pickling (carrot, daikon, cucumber, serrano chile in cane sugar vinegar, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic) and tofu marinating (ginger, garlic, serrano, black pepper, olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice). Will sear the tofu, then serve on baguette with pickled veggies, cilantro, and sriracha mayo.
