  1. That play in the Cubs game yesterday where a routine ground ball to third resulted in one of the greatest baserunning exhibits of all time is something to behold. Not sure if this has been talked about here and my twitter on the desktop is screwed up or I'd show it here, so if someone can post it, that'd be great. Also, there were two outs!

      1. Ah, there it is. What a thing of beauty that was. Man. Play of the year. Just think if the Pirates had gotten the force at first, it would have all been for naught. That ball had to go into right field.

  2. Is there a reason the Rays and the Phillies don't have a scheduled game today? I don't know if I've ever seen that on a Friday.

  3. It's official now, I'm a member of the Minnesota Twins organization. After I do training I'm going to sign up to work every weekday home game starting with the Yankees series.

    1. Who's taking bets on when the #FireTwayn hashtag pops up? I'd say July 15.

    2. I'm all signed up for training on Thursday, three Zoom sessions totaling seven hours. I hope this turns out to be as fun as it sounds in my head.
