I could think of anything that fit for guess 4, so I had to just eliminate some letters. It clearly helped, but I’m dissapointed I couldn’t figure it out in self-imposed hard mode.
I struggled here for a while even after coming up with the winning word. I couldn’t remember if past tense words weren’t used, just like plurals. Apparently they are. Maybe I’m just sleep-deprived.
I typed the word out at 4, said "that looks wrong, I must be spelling it incorrectly", deleted it, and then promptly forgot about the word for 2 strained guesses.
