The Decemberists were outstanding last night at Surly. Thanks to y'all for the pro tips for parking and navigating the area! Special thanks to E-6 for the killer University Avenue parking tip! It's 1-hour parking there and it ends at 6pm, we parked at 5pm and walked on over. As promised, traffic was amazing leaving from there after the show.
In case you were wondering if there is a specific demographic to whom the Decemberists appeal, I bumped into three classmates from my first year writing class (out of twelve of us total) at the SBG College of Law, and we all currently live within 1.5 miles of each other.
