  1. So, our little venture of launching a food venue at the local brewery has gone very well. The menu and concept have been very well received. My Executive Chef and I have spent a lot of time over there getting it launched. In fact, over the past 5 weeks, I have only worked 6 total shifts at the main joint. I am fortunate that my staff is awesome, and they have not missed a beat. I am feeling every more confident that sometime in 2023 I can form a new company and consult other joints on launching (or relaunching) their dreams in the business. Honestly, I still have lots of sleepless nights, but they are now the good ones. I lay awake excited about new possibilities, versus lying awake in concern of survival. It is a weird feeling that oddly parallels the Vikings current season. In both cases, there is an underlying worry about when the other shoe will drop, but I am instead choosing to enjoy the ride as long as it lasts! I am most grateful that my little brother, who had open heart surgery last month, looked very healthy and happy at our family Christmas yesterday.

    1. I might have to swing by on the way home from SBGville after Christmas. We will see if this plan meets approval.

    1. Wouldn’t be surprised to see them sign Elvis Andrus to a one year + team option deal and decline the option if Lewis or Lee are ready for 2024.

  2. NDSU will defend its FCS title against the archrival Bunnies. 10th trip in the last 12 seasons and 10 of 11 seasons played in the fall.

This will be a tough one... NDSU has been very banged up all year. For them to even get there was an accomplishment that rivals the nine championship seasons.

  3. With all the sports this weekend, people may have missed Anthony Edwards turning into Superman.

Hopefully, he doesn't disappear on the second night of back-to-back games.
