Matt Wallner singled home a run in the first inning and that was all the Saints would need.

Fort Myers led 9-0 after three, but a five-run ninth tied it at nine and a four-run tenth put it away for Palm Beach.  Fort Myers made five errors.

Multi-hit games:  Jose Rodriguez was 3-for-5 with a grand slam, two runs, and four RBIs.  Poncho Ruiz was 2-for-5 with a double and two RBIs.

Leading 3-2, Cedar Rapids scored five in the seventh and three in the eighth.  Rubel Cespedes hit a three-run homer in the seventh.

Multi-hit games:  Cespedes was 4-for-5 with a home run and seven RBIs.  Danny De Andrade was 3-for-4.  Ricardo Olivar was 2-for-3 with two walks, a double, and four runs.  Luke Keaschall was 2-for-4 with a walk and two runs.  Keoni Cavaco was 2-for-4 with a double and two runs.

Patrick Winkel hit a two-run double in the fifth to give the Saints a 3-1 lead.  They led the rest of the way, although the Sounds put the tying run on base in the seventh and the ninth.

Multi-hit games:  Winkel was 3-for-5 with a double.

Multi-RBI games:  Winkel drove in two  runs.

Pitching prowess:  Ryan Jensen struck out four in two innings, giving up an unearned run on a hit and a walk.  Hobie Harris pitched a scoreless inning, giving up one hit and striking out one.
