Already leading 2-1, the Saints scored three in the fifth to take control of the game.

Pitching stars:  Griffin Jax pitched five innings, giving up one run on five hits and three walks and striking out four.  Lewis Thorpe pitched three shutout innings, giving up a walk and striking out two.  Cody Stashak struck out two in a scoreless inning, giving up one hit.

Pitching stars:  Austin Schulfer pitched 5.1 scoreless innings, giving up one hit and two walks and striking out two.  Ryan Mason retired all five batters he faced, striking out one.  Tom Hackimer struck out two in two shutout innings, giving up a hit and a walk.

Opposition star:  Ryan Weiss struck out seven in six no-hit innings, giving up just a walk.  He threw 76 pitches.

Stats:  Roy Morales was 0-for-2 and is batting .417.  Miranda was 0-for-3 and is batting .371.  Aaron Whitefield was 0-for-4 and is batting .343.  Peter Mooney was 1-for-3 and is batting .308.  Mason has an ERA of zero.  Hackimer has an ERA of zero.
