Jason Marquis was released.
Jeff Manship was promoted from Rochester.
Erik Komatsu was designated for assignment, then had his contract purchased by Washington.
Kyle Waldrop came off the disabled list and was optioned to Rochester.
David Bromberg was promoted from New Britain to Rochester.
Nick Blackburn was sent to Rochester on a rehab assignment.
Dakota Watts was activated from the disabled list by Fort Myers.
Jhon Garcia was placed on the seven day disabled list by Fort Myers.

Where They Stand

Minnesota is 18-32, fifth in the AL Central, 10.5 games behind Chicago.  The Twins have won three consecutive games and are 4-6 in their last ten games.

Rochester is 22-31, sixth in the IL North, 11 games behind Pawtucket.  The Red Wings have lost one consecutive game and are 4-6 in their last ten games.

New Britain is 31-21, first in the EL Eastern, 1.5 games ahead of Reading and Trenton.  The Rock Cats have won three consecutive games and are 4-6 in their last ten games.

Fort Myers is 21-32, sixth in the FSL South, 20 games behind St. Lucie.  The Miracle has lost one consecutive game and is 5-5 in its last ten games.

Beloit is 32-33, second in the ML Western, 2 games behind Wisconsin.  The Snappers have won one consecutive game and are 6-4 in their last ten games.
