I'm not actually sure this is all that good, but it's definitely very hipster, so that counts for something.

Childish Gambino – Redbone
https://youtu.be/Aud86OSqQ1w
This is the only live version of anything off of the new Childish Gambino. I love this new album. It's a big swing towards some funk sounds from his previous output and it absolutely works.
Floating Points – Kuiper
*sigh*
I'm choosing an 18 minute song that takes about 4 minutes to get going at all, all of which ensures that pretty much no one is going to watch or rate this.
The reason why I did this is two-fold.
Car Seat Headrest — Vincent
Best album of the year bar none. This is definitely a highlight. Better hold on at the 1:14 mark. Play loud!
K. Flay – Blood In The Cut
I was originally going to pick Justin Timberlake's "Can't Stop The Feeling" since my kids and I dance to that all the time, but then I remembered this song, and the fact that I've sought it out a bunch this year and... it just seems to fit 2016.

Michael Kiwanuka – Black Man in a White World
Michael Kiwanuka's Love & Hate is one of my favorite albums of the year, and the above cut seems particularly apt social commentary and a fitting spin after Pepper's selection yesterday. If you're inclined, the live studio track below is excellent, but I didn't think it qualified by the (unofficial?) live recording convention for WGOM videos.
Beyoncé-Freedom
I love this whole album, guys. Along with being an easy pick for "best of 2016," when I look back, I think Lemonade will be particularly evocative of this sometimes bizarre and painful year.
That said, don't let the previous sentence scare you off--this performance is all kinds of awesome.
