Adalberto Mejia was removed after only two innings for the Red Wings. No clutch hitting for the Miracle. Ben Rortvedt and Alex Kirilloff lead the Kernels to their four straight win.

The Red Wings finally get to play! Early runs back a fine game by Kohl Stewart for the Lookouts. Jimmy Kerrigan's two-run homer is the difference for the Miracle. Ben Rortvedt's two-run single gives the Kernels the lead to stay.

Very little offense across the board. The Red Wings still just want to get a game in.
Minor Details: Games of April 7
Tremendous pitching by Stephen Gonsalves and company for the Lookouts. Travis Blankenhorn has a good day for Fort Myers. The Manfred Rule doesn't help if your runner gets picked off second. The Red Wings just want to play.
Minor Details: Games of April 6
Travis Blankenhorn had a big day, but Jaylin Davis got the key hit. The big winner of the day, though, was Mother Nature.
Minor Details: Games of April 5
Opening day for three of the four full-season teams. A big day for Nick Gordon isn't enough for the Lookouts. Phil Hughes has a mixed bag in his first start for the Miracle. Shane Carrier drives in both runs as four pitchers combine for a shutout for the Kernels.
Twins Full Season Minor League Preview
All of the Twins' full-season minor league teams start tonight except for the Rochester Red Wings, which start tomorrow. No team has the same manager it did last year. Two of the managers, Tommy Watkins and Ramon Borrego, managed in the Twins' system last year, but they managed different teams. The Twins appear to have added a coach, going from two to three, at every level except high-A. I don't know why they didn't add a coach there.
