Jason Vosler's homer, his twelfth, broke a 2-2 tie and put the Smokies up 3-2 in the sixth. It stayed there until the ninth, when the Lookouts scored three runs on a single, a walk, a two-base error, a ground out, and a passed ball. Twins Baseball!
Randy LeBlanc appears to be slowly finding his footing at AA, going 5.1 innings and giving up two runs on five hits and one walk with four strikeouts. Nick Anderson struck out two in a scoreless inning to drop his ERA to 2.00. He has struck out ten in nine AA innings. Luke Bard pitched a perfect inning to make his ERA 2.76. T. J. White was 3-for-4 with a double and is batting .327. Edgar Corcino was 2-for-5 with a double and is batting .302.

CLINTON 5, CEDAR RAPIDS 4 IN CEDAR RAPIDS
Christian Cavaness hit a three-run triple in the first to put the Kernels ahead 3-1. The LumberKings came back with single runs in the second, fourth, and sixth to go up 4-3. Cedar Rapids scored on a balk in the seventh to tie it 4-4. In the eighth, however, Dimas Ojeda delivered an RBI single to give Clinton a 5-4 advantage. The Kernels put the tying run on second with two out in the ninth, but a strikeout ended the game.
Eduardo Del Rosario pitched six innings, giving up four runs on seven hits and three walks with three strikeouts. Colton Davis pitched a perfect inning to make his ERA 1.45. Cavaness was 3-for-4 with a triple and three RBIs. Jermaine Palacios was 1-for-5 and is batting .321.
DSL CARDINALS 11, DSL TWINS 4 AT TWINS
Five singles and a double produced five Cardinal runs in the third. They followed that with six in the fourth and the rout was on.
Michael Montero struck out five in three innings but gave up five runs on seven hits and no walks. Osiris German made his debut by striking out two in a perfect inning. Yeremi Garcia pitched two shutout innings and remains unscored upon in six innings. Elvis Rivas struck out three in two shutout innings, making his ERA 2.70. He has nine strikeouts in 6.2 innings. Estamy Urena was 2-for-3 and is batting .552. Agustin Marte was 2-for-5 and is batting .306. Samuel Vasquez was 1-for-3 with two walks and is batting .370. Alberoni Nunez was 1-for-3 with a walk and is batting .367. Juan Martinez was 1-for-4 and is batting .364.
