2022 Game 7: Twins at Boston

It's nice that the Twins get to start the season at all these warm weather destinations.

Maybe Joe Ryan can keep Boston off the bases and the Twins can circle them a bunch of times. That feels better than the Dodgers scoring 7+ runs.

And if the Twins lose, well... it's Good Friday and Passover, so I guess we can appreciate that they're taking on that seriousness?

  1. warm weather destinations.

Almost hit 80 yesterday in Hartford. Boston would have not been far behind. No more worrying if it's cold early in the season these days, only absolutely everything else.

  2. Hopefully is not too serious since he walked off the field, but since he immediately walked off the field is probably not a good sign

  3. Ryan's line is looking pretty good. 5 IP, 1 run (earned) on 5 hits with 5 strikeouts.

    1. And the first Twins starter to pitch into the sixth. This is his second start of the season so I assume his pitch count is up to the mid-80s now.

  4. One would think that the one truly obligatory uniform policy for a team named after a particular shade of hosiery would be wearing hosiery in that shade.
