Unfortunately, my plans for workouts in ND collided with the overwhelming work burden that I have and the only workout I got it was at the hotel in Bismarck. Never fear, though, I'll be back in Minnesota by 5 PM tonight and tomorrow and the five days after that will include a good workout at the gym.
