Twins get the Whities again after losing a disappointing 3 of 5 last week in Chicago. Extracting some revenge should be the order of the day as winning these games really puts the Twins in a position of controlling their own destiny, especially since their upcoming next 10 games after the White Sox series are with the Royals and Rays.

A tough game for Felix jorge. Early returns on Cody Stashak at AA are good. Brent Rooker goes deep again. Cedar Rapids scored four runs despite going 0-for-8 with men in scoring position. Akil Baddoo doesn't get a hit but raises his OBP anyway.

Bill Nicholson is the one nicknamed "Swish", but Dave deserved the nickname more. In the one season in which he played more than a hundred games (126 in 1963), he struck out 175 times. He did hit 22 homers. In 1964 he had 294 at-bats and struck out 126 times while hitting 13 homers. Come to think of it, that sounds like what Adam Brett Walker II's major league career might have been if he'd gotten a chance.
Jeff Kellogg has been a major league umpire since 1993.
