Chromatics – Lady

It's my week at the controls, for better or worse. I figure that we will start the week on a bit more of a subdued note. This is my favorite song from the most recent Chromatics album, Kill for Love. Their music always reminds me of the haze that rolls around in your brain when you're up late at night (which I love) or when you're up early in the morning (which I loathe).

Seeing as most Monday mornings are lost in this haze, I figured this would be a fitting way to kick off the week. I hope you enjoy.

There do not appear to be any players with connections to the Minnesota Twins who were born on this day. The closest we come is Gene Roof, whose brother, Phil, played for the Twins. We would, however, like to wish a happy birthday to a certain Dread Pirate.

This Week in Ex-Twins

Cubs sign Darnell McDonald to a minor league contract.
White Sox sign Steven Tolleson to a minor league contract.
Houston names Adam Everett infield instructor.
Mets name Randy St. Claire pitching coach of Las Vegas in the Pacific Coast League.
Oakland agrees to terms with Jeremy Reed on a minor league contract.
Pittsburgh names Michael Ryan manager of West Virginia in the South Atlantic League.
Tampa Bay names Jack Cressend amateur pitching consultant.
Texas sends Eli Whiteside outright to AAA Round Rock.

Remodeled basement. Same half-baked taste.
