I had the green and was taking a right at a corner which had a gas station, and on the other side of that corner from the gas station, someone decided to peel across the street to take a right on the other side just as I was turning. I thankfully saw them about to do the stupid thing before they did it, so I was able to slow down and gave them a bit of horn for being a jagoff. Instead of being meek and apologizing for me slowing down and not t-boning and killing them, the young lady thought obscenities directly at me was the way to go. Buncha savages in this town.

Classic Album Review: Guided By Voices — Bee Thousand (1994)
Anyway, I'm still a GBV geek all thanks to this album. So a question for the group, is there a single album, song, concert, etc., that you can look back on and say, "yup, that was the moment I became a fan of this band.
Lena Lovich – I think we’re alone now
Cool weird version of this classic.

I was in a public restroom and there was a guy with a mask on in there… that didn’t wash his hands? Wasn’t sure what to make of that.

Luna – Sweet Child O’ Mine
I love this version of Sweet Child. I think it captures the sentiment of the lyrics much better than the GnR version.

2024 Game 74: Tampa Bay Rays at Minnesota Twins
Taj Bradley
vs
Joe Ryan
Twins best starter by ERA and innings pitched looks to continue the winning streak. The Twins lead the Royals by a single game and since they now get to play the A's, the Twins need to keep racking up wins against the middling opponents too.
