Dave Cameron looked at the previous 365 days of baseball so he could point out how good the A's have been. That is the team Jeff must be watching; they really might just win out the season. I link to it because the Twins have a .430 winning percentage over the past year, which would be a two game improvement over last year if they maintained that through the end of the season. I expected this to be less depressing when I started, oops.

Well guys I guess sometimes acheiving your dreams is easier said than done. I have had a few Setbacks here at triple A and I guess I am not quite Ready to join the boys up with the Twins. It sucks and maybe the Old Me would have let the darkness creep back in but the New Me is all about positivity. Coach Glynn told me not to be discouraged because I have the “stuff” to make it in the big leagues, and I said “You don’t have to tell me, I know I have the “stuff,” I just have to believe in myself more and really Let It Fly.” He kind of laughed a little and gave me a long look and then sighed and said “You got it kid.” I like Coach Glynn a lot and I’m going to miss him when I get called up, but I like Coach Gardenhire too even though he can be intimidating but you always know that he is in your corner fighting for you.

This sounds like good news for those of us who are literally sick of writing $1 checks to Warner every few months when another of one's Friends-and-relations reaches an anniversary of his birth. It raises the question what other copyrights are being defended erroneously.
