Lots of tight games, with two going in two extra innings. A good outing for Yorman Landa. A walkoff homer for Magallanes.
Fall Festival: Games of 11/13
A good day for Eddie Rosario wasn't enough. Peoria nearly gets an odd cycle. Salt River wins it in the ninth.
Told You So
Wild beat Maple Leafs 2-1 in a shootout. I guess this proves great goaltending and a high octane offense is indeed a bad recipe for success.

The Kinks – Picture Book
httpv://youtu.be/jg3oDSyBBi8
I've adored The Kinks for about 10 years now. Listening to 'classic rock' pretty much my whole life, I knew them for 'Lola' and a bunch of Van Halen cover songs. This simple song, used in a HP printer commercial, piqued my interest in the band and my music listening history can literally be divided into 'Before Kinks' and 'After Kinks'.
Unfortunately, there are not many quality clips from my favorite Kinks era, which is the mid 70s 'Rock Opera' period. So this will do.
Cleveland at Timberwolves. 7:00 pm
After a pair of game at Staples Center, the Wolves return back home to play the Cleveland Cavaliers. It was only 10 games ago when these two teams played and in that game the Wolves were listless for 3 quarters before making a furious comeback in the 4th to make it close.
The Wolves are 3-1 at home, Cleveland has yet to win on the road. I expect those trends to continue tonight.

Eduardo Escobar continues to hit. Some lopsided games. The Fonz wins it for Magallanes.
