2012 Game 14: Minnesota Twins at Tampa Bay Rays

Hendriks is four months older than Moore and made his debut eight days earlier. Moore is awesome, so that means some will rub off on Hendriks, right?

I note that the Twins are currently in fourth place in the division. They're also tied with the Angels. And the Yankees are trailing the Orioles, awesome. Finally, the Nationals are leading the NL East. And you all laughed at my World Series prediction.

Game 13 Recap: The Bully

"Are you ready to do it? Let's do it!" Carl shouted into Anthony's ear.

Anthony stood up and dusted himself off. He'd been crouching in the dirt for the past twenty or so minutes, trying not to think about anything. To go zen, or whatever. Anthony didn't really understand the whole meditation thing, but he knew that he didn't want to think about what he was about to do. It wasn't easy, with Carl jabbering along the entire time with what he thought was a helpful pep talk.

Where They Stand

Minnesota is 4-9, fourth in the AL Central, five games behind Detroit.  The Twins are 4-6 in their last ten games and are on a one game losing streak.

Rochester is 7-8, tied for third in the IL North, four games behind Lehigh Valley.  The Red Wings are 4-6 in their last ten games and are on a two game losing streak.

New Britain is 10-5, second in the EL East, a half game behind Reading.  The Rock Cats are 6-4 in their last ten games and are on a two game losing streak.

Fort Myers is 6-7, tied for second in the FSL South, five games behind St. Lucie.  The Miracle is 6-4 in its last ten games and is on a three game losing streak.

Beloit is 7-7, tied for fourth in the ML Western, three games behind Quad Cities.  The Snappers are 5-5 in their last ten games and are on a one game losing streak.
