2015
Our weekly look at the standings.
A big comeback for the Red Wings. A not awful, but not good day for Jose Berrios. Not much offense for the Miracle. A second big day for Trey Vavra. Randy LeBlanc strikes out four in one inning.
Mike Pelfrey pitched really well last night. Is that a good thing?
Harry Coveleski (1886)
Elam Vangilder (1896)
Sunny Jim Bottomley (1900)
Dolph Camilli (1907)
Warren Spahn (1921)
Rheal Cormier (1967)
Jason Tyner (1977)
Andruw Jones (1977)
Carlos Silva (1979)
Sean Henn (1981)
The Milklings both auditioned for the talent show in their school yesterday. One won't make it. The other might, but the signup sheet was VERY long. At any rate, they're learning that having the cojones to try is a big part of the battle.
Alright so, I'm still pretty undecided on these guys. Any compelling arguments?
2015
(To be sure, these guys aren't to be confused with VietNam)
Game 3 was great, but apparently St. Louis isn't going to just give up.
The Wild have never had a two game lead in a playoff series. They are 0-3 when given the opportunity (all 3 games on the road).

Go Twins!
Fine pitching for Rochester in a split. Tyler Duffey and Kohl Stewart were okay, but nothing special in losses. Trey Vavra and Mat Batts lead Cedar Rapids to a big win.
