GO TWINS!
I went to bed early last night. I was awake long enough to hear Plouffe hit into a double play and the A's take the lead. I went to bed hoping I woke up to read about a thrilling late innings victory. No such luck. Given how three game series seem to go (win the first game, lose a close one in the second, get blown out in the last game) I'm not expecting a fun game this afternoon. I hope so, though.
Only one hit for the Red Wings. Free baseball in New Britain. The Snappers had their hitting shoes on. A solid outing by Jason Wheeler.
more new music. here's the opening track to another impressive debut.
Yesterday it dawned on me that although I keep turning the Twins games on, I really don't watch much of them these days. It's on, I'm in the room and I'm not really doing anything else, but I can't tell you just about anything that's happened in the game.

Tonight Brett Anderson makes his first start since being traded from my fantasy baseball team to DK's. This trade was last year.
The batter of the year and pitcher of the year for this team are going to be pretty easy choices.
Another good night for Nishi. Kennys Vargas stays hot for the Snappers. Kuo Hua Lo works six shutout innings in the GCL. A Tony Pena, Jr. sighting!
