Escogido 8, Licey 2 in Licey.  Pedro Florimon was 3-for-4 with a double and a walk, scoring twice and driving in one, for Escogido.

Aguilas 3, Cibao 1 in Cibao.  Alexi Casilla was 0-for-4 for Cibao.

Sunday

Escogido 11, Aguilas 2 in Aguilas.  Pedro Florimon was 1-for-4 with a triple, a walk, and an RBI for Escogido.

Este 1, Cibao 0 in Este.  Alexi Casilla was 1-for-4 for Este.  Wilkin Ramirez was 0-for-3 for Cibao.

MEXICAN LEAGUE

Sunday

Mexicali 10, Mazatlan 5 in Mexicali.  Anthony Slama retired both men he faced, striking out one of them, for Mazatlan.

VENEZUELAN LEAGUE

Saturday

Zulia 10, Aragua 1 in Zulia.  Cesar Ciurcina allowed two runs on six hits and two walks in two innings for Aragua.

Anzoategui 4, Caracas 3 in Anzoategui (12 innings).  Lester Oliveros struck out three in three shutout innings, giving up a hit and a walk.

Sunday

Aragua 4, Zulia 3 in Zulia.  Jose Mijares allowed a run on two hits in a third of an inning for Aragua.

Magallanes 3, Caracas 1 in Caracas.  Pedro Guerra gave up a hit in a third of an inning for Magallanes.

Aguilas 2, Este 0 in Este.  Luis Perdomo pitched a perfect inning for Aguilas.

Escogido 3, Oriente 1 in Escogido.  Pedro Florimon was 2-for-3 with a double, a run, and an RBI for Escogido.  Esmerling Vasquez pitched two-thirds of an inning, giving up a hit but no runs, for Oriente.

MEXICAN LEAGUE

Mazatlan 3, Mexicali 0 in Mexicali.  Anthony Slama retired all four batters he faced for Mazatlan.

PUERTO RICAN LEAGUE

Ponce 6, Mayaguez 1 in Ponce.  Daniel Ortiz was used as a reserve for Mayaguez and went 0-for-1.  Nelvin Fuentes walked the only batter he faced for Mayaguez.

VENEZUELAN LEAGUE

Anzoategui 1, Magallanes 0 in Anzoategui (10 innings).  Deolis Guerra struck out three in three perfect innings for Magallanes.

AUSTRALIAN LEAGUE

Brisbane 18, Perth 10 in Brisbane.  Rory Rhodes was 2-for-4 with a home run, four runs, and two RBIs for Brisbane.
