So, another Saturday, another minor leaguer trying to break through, this is getting a little played out......wait, Jose Berrios??
All is saved.

Zack Granite keys a Red Wings win. A three-run, no-hit rally leads the Lookouts, as Ryan Eades saves the bullpen. The Miracle gets blown out. A big day for Mitchell Kranson leads the Kernels.
Burn, baby, burn.

Apparently the boys had a rough go of touring the second time around in Sweden. According to Noel, it was due to exhaustion, boredom, and the biggest problem: no drugs, man.

...will not happen this month, but I'm on break, and threw myself off for a second.
This is a big series. Cleveland and Minnesota are tied for first place,w ith the Twins having two games in hand, a sweep could make some room at the top. The Twins have the perfect pitcher to continue a long win streak with Ervin Santana. Josh Tomlin starts for the C's. He is coming off his best start of the season (7ip 1r)
Fun fact! With his next run scored, Joe Mauer will reach 900 for his career. He is 5th on the all time Twins list, and only 4 behind Kent Hrbek. If Mauer is helathy and plays all of next year he might be able to catch Kirby (1071) and Harmon (1076 in his Twins years)
I live on a farm site. There is a large grove. In that grove are a few piles of... stuff. Yesterday afternoon one of those piles spontaneously combusted, so a lot of time was spent hauling water out there and moving sprinklers around and just standing around looking at the flames and/or embers.
Anyway, give us your best "fire" song, and be as creative as you feel inspired to be.
A comeback win for the Red Wings. A big inning sinks the Lookouts. A smaller "big inning" sinks the Miracle. The Kernels get ten-runned.
I'm off for two weeks while writing this show. No matter what time I go to sleep, I'm getting up between 5:30 and 6:30. Which is particularly odd since I never HAVE to be up in that window.
